Below are some of our basic policies. Our contract explains these items and others in more detail. Please contact us with any questions.
Software Delivery
All software ordered should be delivered via email within 48 hours, although most software is delivered within 12 hours. Please allow extra time for weekend and holiday delivery. The delivery delay is to allow for fraud checks.
If you feel that your order is delayed longer than normal, please contact us. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. Also be sure to check your spam filters for the missing email.
Privacy Policy
2TCwebs respects the privacy of it’s visitors and clients. Any materials or information that is supplied to us will only be used for the purposes intended, and shall remain confidential.
Contracts
All 2TCwebs web design clients are required to return a signed contract before the commencement of a project. The contract can be delivered via email with electronic signatures, fax or snail mail.
Payment/Refund Policy
The above mentioned contract will list a quoted amount for the proposed services. A deposit of 50% of the quoted amount is due before any service is rendered. For short projects (2 weeks or less), the remainder of the bill is due upon completion of the project. For projects expected to take longer than two weeks, invoices for the work done to date will be submitted on a bi-weekly basis until the project is completed.
Customer satisfaction guaranteed! Once final payment is made, project is complete.
