2TechChicks Network, LLC is a women-owned and operated web development company based in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. We specialize in website design and e-commerce solutions for small businesses and non-profit organizations. We have been developing professional websites since 2001. We take pride in creating website designs that are unique and fresh, and all of our custom designs are personally crafted by our team of professionals.

Andrea Beight {Owner | Project Manager | Web Designer}
Andrea is the "chick" that runs the show here at 2TechChicks! She manages all of the projects, and is usually the primary point of contact for quote requests, inquiries, and project status updates. She's also a talented designer and works closely with many of our clients. Her areas of expertise are X-Cart e-commerce solutions including template design & integration, and content management solutions.
Andrea has been designing and developing websites since 2001, when she started her first business selling pre-made website templates. In 2004 she partnered up with a friend and fellow web designer, Lyncca Harvey and together they formed 2TechChicks. (Lyncca is currently focusing on her photography business and is no longer designing for 2TechChicks).
Andrea is based in Shaker Heights, Ohio, where she lives her with her teenage daughter and three kids of the four-legged variety.
Janie Giltner {Web Designer | Illustrator | Photographer}
Janie brings over 10 years of experience with creative ideas and innovative designs. In the past, she has worked for one of the largest enterprises in the country designing newspapers and magazine websites from the ground up. She later worked for a software company, specializing in car dealership websites, designing for many well known dealerships in the country.
Janie specializes in web development and design and occasionally takes on a few illustration and photography clients. Her work has been found on billboards, movie theater advertisements, large events such as the John Deere Classic, television advertisements and other promotional items!
When she is not working you can find her spending time with her family, traveling, and painting!
Joe Brillante {Programmer}
Hey now, how did a dude sneak in here!! (Just kidding... Joe is our hero!)
Joe has been developing X-Cart projects, programming mods and new features for hundreds of clients, and has a broad range of experience in PHP, Javascript, Ajax, MySQL, as well as ASP and MSSQL. He likes working with clients and projects where thinking outside-the-box, a shot of marketing know-how, frequent big-picture ideas, and a sense of humor are all appreciated. He lives in Atlanta, works from home to be around his 2 kids, and has been happily married for over 20 years (to the same woman!).
